Joint replacement

As for the required conditions, the temperature has to be over 0 celsius degrees for the following 48 hours. The pavers need to be dry before re-sanding and there cannot be any light rain in the 12 hours following the activation of the polymeric sand and 24 hours for heavy rain. As for the timeline of a re-sanding project, it is split into two days. The first day is for pressure washing the driveway, and the following day is for re-sanding the pavers.

Your choice of jointing sand can determine which element of your landscape is emphasized. We offer the basic two colors: tan (first picture) and granite (second picture). By choosing a jointing sand that matches the paver, the design will minimize the appearance of the jointing lines and highlight the expanse of the surface, rather than the individual paver. With a contrasting color, each paver becomes highlighted and framed, serving to bring attention to the pavers themselves. We can help in your decision process.

With our equipment, we can ensure that your paver's joints will be truly compacted, jointed, and fully activated so that you can avoid getting weeds and making your brick pavers loose, wobbly, uneven, sunken in or even raised up in some areas. With our knowledge we are sure to suggest the right sand type for the area you want to re-sand.
